Volunteer at the 40th Annual South County Balloon Festival
Volunteers don’t get paid, not because they’re worthless, but because they’re priceless.
— Sherry Anderson
The South County Balloon Festival has raised over $1,800,000 for charities, locally and around the world, over the last 40 years. Organized by the Wakefield Rotary Club, the event has become one of the most anticipated events in Southern New England. Most amazing however is the fact the festival is organized and run completely by volunteers.
Each year Rotarians give thousands of hours of their time to make the festival happen. But that is not enough. We need YOU, our community, to make this event a continued success. Please join us in making a difference!
