Official South County Hot Air Balloon Festival Camping Rules & Regulations
Fire Lanes: they are all marked between rows and must be respected at all times. Please do not block the fire lanes, owners will be towed at owner’s expense.
Portable Toilets: are available at various locations in the festival. Not on the RV Field.
Potable water: Potable water is not available. Please arrive with Potable water tanks full. Black and gray water tanks empty. Absolutely no dumping of gray water or black water tanks on ground.
Campfires and BBQ: NO campfires are allowed per the URI Safety Dept. You may have a PROPANE BBQ only if 2’ off of the ground.
Trash: please keep our site clean, place trash in provided receptacles. Recycling bins will be available and you are encouraged to them.
Generators: Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. No operation of generators during these hours is permitted. Unattached generators must be 2’ above the ground. Loud field/construction generators are NOT allowed. “Loud” is determined by the RV field personnel. “UP PIPES” for generator exhaust MUST be used!
Scooters, ATVs and Golf Carts: No loud motorized transportation vehicles allowed. “Loud” is determined by RV field personnel. Speed limit is 4mph. Operator must be at least 16yrs of age and must be a licensed driver. These vehicles are not allowed on the festival field, no exceptions.
Pets: All pets must be on a leash at all times. Pet litter must be cleaned up by owners. Leashed and vaccinated pets are welcome on festival grounds. Care should be taken during events, as some pets become frightened by the sound of balloon burners. If you do not pick up after your pet, we have the right to ask you to leave.
Leveling: Balloon Festival does not provide wood for leveling.
